He took my smiles away

He is referring my boss to be straight forward.

Everyday working, receiving a bad and good news is a must.

How to start my story, okay i start it with a tender.

Not 'a tender' really, 'tenders' should be an exact phrase.

I had 3 tenders to be submitted on this 9th February 2012.

So, eventually i planned (i HAD) to work on this coming public holiday. 2 days and maybe plus saturday and sunday.

Then i planned to email my boss asking 2 days off, sort of replacing the day i worked, to follow my husband to JB. I need not to use my annual leave. See, we only got 14 days annual leave so it is precious, every one of it.

Previously, we had planned to go holiday to JB for that 2 days (6th and 7th Feb). But since i had this upcoming tender, with all the delay and difficulties and what not, we had to postponed it.

So be it.

Today, i received two blowing news.

1 is regarding previous tender, the clients claimed that my tender response is not neat. Okay it is somehow settled. It is kind of misunderstanding actually. But it is good enough to make me feel bad.

The other one is worst,

"Kita ada cuti am yang mungkin kena kerja demi tender ABI.  Sebenarnya untuk staff sales cuti tidak boleh diganti sebab dia dibayar sales komisen.  Staff sales kena kerja ikut submission deadline sebenarnya."

There it goes. I got this email even before i ask. As if he can read mind.

I dont know what to think anymore.

Its getting worse everyday.

Having to work day and night and running a home.
